The candidate must have:

Understanding of current AI ecosystem (Models, LLMs, available APIs, agents etc)
Hands-on approach
How AI technologies work (RAGs, Vector dbs, embeddings)
2+ years of strong Linux experience (processes, memory management; no need for commercial exp, but you need to be poweruser, sysadmin, Linux dev, more is better)
Know quite well at least 1 programming language (Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Haskell, C, whatever)
Solid programming skills (design patterns, concurrency, multi threading)
Fluent in English
