- Performing all aspects of collections for European customers portfolio, including:
- Resolving customer's financial queries, including quantity, price, quality, etc; addressing with proper resolution owners and coordinating resolution
- Managing overdue payments through Collection tool and Radius
- Contacting customers via phone, email, etc.
- Preparing and dispatching dunning letters/statements
- Posting and allocating payments received from customers in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparing required OTC reports on time, including AR review, forecast, and other required reports and analysis
- Ensuring Key Metrics are met, and service is delivered to internal customers/site Functions
- Communicating and cooperating with other departments
- Participation in Collection conference calls
- Providing required information and documentation for external and internal auditors
- Performing other OTC tasks as required
- Experience in Finance/AR roles - nice to have
- Fluent in English
- Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
