- Designing and executing structured change management plans for transformation initiatives, ensuring impactful delivery of new technologies and ways of working.
- Partnering with project leads to define adoption strategies, deliver change roadmaps, and integrate change plans into broader transformation programs.
- Measuring success through defined KPIs, monitoring adoption metrics, and adjusting strategies based on stakeholder feedback and data insights.
- Managing governance and stakeholder engagement with affiliates, ensuring alignment with business needs and continuous feedback loops.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with external partners to support change execution and program success.
- Substantial experience in change management, communications, and adoption within global pharmaceutical, healthcare, or multinational environments.
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-initiative change programs with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial business acumen, ideally including omnichannel and customer engagement strategy experience.
- Expertise in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of transformation strategies across functions and geographies.
- Ability to manage internal/external teams (including remotely) and influence senior leaders through effective presentations and insights.
- Advanced degree with a background in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Deep experience in digital transformation, content strategy, and adoption of innovative technologies (e.g., Generative AI).
- Proven ability to work across regions (e.g., Americas, Europe, Japan) within a global matrix environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry forums and content-rich operational environments.
- Experience integrating transformation within franchise or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in change management within complex global organizations.
- Fluency in business English to support effective communication across countries and teams.
- Experience managing global and cross-functional transformation programs.
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is based in Warsaw (Poland).
- This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
