SUMMARY💰 90 - 110 PLN/h on B2B💰 10 500 - 13 000 PLN gross on UoP📍 Kraków/Hybrid - primarily on-site, with the possibility of limited remote work💼 MidPROJECTWe are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to support the development of a Charging Inlet Controller for next-generation electric vehicle platforms. The solution does not involve a physical connection to the high-voltage system but focuses on secure and efficient control within the vehicle’s charging interface.As part of an international engineering team, you will contribute to the end-to-end development of electronic systems, focusing on cost efficiency, design reliability, and manufacturability at scale. You will work from our Kraków engineering center, with limited remote flexibility and the opportunity to participate in impactful EV innovation.YOU WILL

Design electronic components for EV applications with an emphasis on low-cost, high-volume, and high-reliability production
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and electrical characteristics.
Perform circuit analysis, simulations, prototype validation, and testing
Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams throughout the development lifecycle
Ensure timely execution of tasks by corporate quality and design standards
Take part in design reviews, follow the Electrical Design Process
Stay up to date with new technologies and continuously improve your qualifications
Protect confidential information and company assets

MUST HAVE

Engineering degree in Electronics or a related field
5+ years of experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits, including:

Microcontroller-based devices
Medium-power analog circuits
Signal measurement systems
Hands-on skills in CAD and simulation tools
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High level of integrity in interactions with teams, clients, and partners

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working in the automotive electronics industry
Understanding of EMI/EMC compliance and optimization
Familiarity with high-speed digital interfaces
Readiness for additional availability if required by project timelines
