This includes ensuring transparency, communication, and fostering great partnership.Drive continuous improvements within the Global Software Development organization in terms of delivering value, increasing employee engagement, and implementing best practices and effective working methods.Ensure the proper level of quality, performance, and adherence to standards and practices.Ensure excellent communication to your teams, partners, and leadership.Manage budget of your section and initiatives, including planning, execution, and proper level of reporting.Oversee capacity and resource management, including coordination with internal teams and various forms of collaboration with vendors.Monitor KPIs and ensure regular, consistent reporting on progress towards goals.Drive culture based on Circle K values, focus on customer, continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability and proactiveness. Here you can read more aboutKey requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.12+ years of experience in Software Development, including 3+ years as a manager of managers.3+ years of experience with lean-agile software development and DevOps culture.Experience in a global and distributed organization.Good knowledge of various software development approaches, ranging from Agile to Waterfall. Familiarity with SAFe is an added advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.Experience in Vendor Management and delivering software through internal teams as well as various forms of collaboration with vendors.Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, working in a relatively unstructured environment, and managing risk.
