We’re Hiring Business-System AnalystWe’re looking for an experienced Business-System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Warsaw!This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Warsaw office once a week.We offer flexible cooperation models – you can choose between a B2B contract or an employment contract (UoP).If you’re passionate about helping clients design innovative IT products and services that drive business success – we’d love to hear from you!Your Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the end-to-end analysis process while working closely with clients.
Conduct tailored workshops for clients, including product discovery and digital strategy sessions.
Analyze customer requirements to identify business gaps, opportunities, and product-market fit.
Support clients in defining digital product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Provide strategic guidance on implementing complex IT solutions and validate product ideas through research and experimentation.
Perform market research, competitive analysis, and user research to support product decisions.
Create user stories and functional specifications to align product development with business goals.
Design and facilitate prototyping and MVP validation processes to test product hypotheses.
Develop mockups of solutions and collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine product concepts.
Identify, model, and optimize business processes to improve product scalability and efficiency.
Work closely with the team and Product Owner to develop user-friendly software using a data-driven approach.
Define and track key product metrics to measure success and impact.

What We’re Looking For:✅ 3+ years of experience in IT analysis.✅ Proficiency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills).✅ Proficiency in Polish.✅ Solid understanding of business analysis tasks, methods, and techniques.✅ Experience in conducting client workshops and product discovery sessions.✅ Strong knowledge of the digital product lifecycle, from ideation to scaling.✅ Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and user research.✅ Familiarity with Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies.✅ Practical knowledge of UX design tools (Figma, Axure, or similar).✅ Ability to define and measure product success through key metrics.✅ Experience with prototyping and MVP validation.✅ Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, BPMN, UML, and similar methodologies.What We Offer:✨ Flexible working hours.✨ Hybrid work – one day per week in our Warsaw office.✨ Casual and friendly atmosphere – no dress code.✨ Coffee lover?
