Senior Python Full-Stack DeveloperLocation: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remoteLet us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland - a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.This specific position gives you the opportunity to interact within international environment and work with the most recognizable and influential players on the market.The opportunityAs a Senior Python Full-Stack Developer in Consulting, you will participate in various streams of implementation projects, collaborate with agile team members in order to achieve project and client goals. We are looking for passionate developers willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. As a part of our global team, you will participate in international projects based on latest data technologies and cloud platforms.Your key responsibilities

Work as a Senior Python Full-Stack Developer to contribute in various streams of implementation projects
Writing unit tests for created software
Collaborate with agile team members to achieve project and client goals
Participation in design and test activities

Skills and attributes for success

3+ years of commercial experience with web-based application creation in Python and Frontend
Highly proficient in web-based OOP (functional programming will be a plus)
Experience deploying web applications on large cloud-based services provider e.g. Azure/AWS

Experience working with web services / APIs e.g. SOAP / REST
Solid knowledge in JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS3 and responsive single page design
Hands on experience with one of web frameworks
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience with React or Angular
Knowledge of Clean Code and Unit Testing
Experience with Source Code Management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and automated deployment
Very good English (spoken and written)
Experience working in international projects
Experience in agile / scrum methodology

To qualify for the role, you must have

3+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar positions
Demonstrable experience of Python and frameworks commonly used in Python projects (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification

Ideally, you'll also have

Experience in cloud development
Hands on experience working with microservices architecture
Certificates proving certain skills: Python, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
German or other European language will be an advantage
