If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.IT Compliance & Authorization SpecialistJob Description:We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic Global Team. In this role, you will ensure the efficient management of SAP access rights, support the team in day-to-day operations and enhance our organization's IT Compliance Governance and Framework. As a member of the Global IT Compliance and Authorization Team, you'll collaborate with stakehoders from around the world ensuring compliance with security policies and protecting sensitive data within our SAP environment.Your responsibilities

Access rights provisioning and de-provisioning to SAP and other company systems,
Create and maintain SAP user accounts in various SAP instances,
Manage user roles and permissions to ensure compliance with company policies and standards,
Perform detailed segregation of duties analysis,
Advise business on best practices in resolving Segregation of Duties (SOD) violations (mitigating controls),
Support Periodic Access Reviews with business streams to ensure that the right people have the right access,
Work on ERP roles redesign and improvements,
Contribute to developing a centralized access rights management process,
Perform control testing and evaluation of ITGC and process controls,
Take part in Global Compliance projects defined by the Orbia Compliance Team,
Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues,
Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support SAP security audits and assessments.

Our requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, a related field or equivalent work experience,
At least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance/audit or IT area,
1+ years experience in managing SAP security and SAP access rights,
Very good understanding of the concepts of Segregation of Duties (SoD), IT Compliance and mitigating controls,
Knowledge or experience in SailPoint would be an advantage,
Knowledge of S/4 HANA would be an advantage,
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance,
Good time management and organizational skills,
Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
Proven customer orientation,
Excellent ability to work in a team and individually,
Willingness to learn and expand area of expertise,
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially: Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus,
Very good command of English (min B2),
Person located in Poznań, Poland.
