- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and supporting organizational development initiatives.
- Implement global people strategies at the local level, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with Polish labor law.
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Coordinate and deliver local training programs aligned with global learning strategies, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Monitor training effectiveness and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Communications teams to strengthen employer branding and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ensure HR operations are executed with excellence, aligning all activities with global HR strategies and local business needs.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an international or matrix organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Polish labor law and HR compliance.
- Fluency in Polish and English language (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data in a compelling and engaging format.
