You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in DevOps and similar roles.
Proven software development experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
Hands-on experience automating real-world processes or building internal tools.
Solid cloud infrastructure expertise with AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
Experience with Terraform or CDK for infrastructure provisioning.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Active daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, agent builders, etc.) for development, documentation, research, or automation.
A strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously across teams.
Fluent English for smooth collaboration in an international environment.
Location in Poland to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

Kubernetes certification (CKA) and experience with EKS and Helm.
Exposure to foundational model hosting (HuggingFace, vLLM, Triton).
Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant).
Familiarity with AI automation libraries (LangChain, Haystack or similar).
Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

As part of a global initiative, you will make AI accessible across the enterprise, enabling thousands of users to experiment with and deploy AI models, intelligent agents and automation workflows on a large scale.This is not a traditional DevOps or admin role. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and a good communicator; someone who builds usable tools and automation; someone who actively leverages AI in their daily work; and someone who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract

UoP: 18 000 – 22 000 PLN gross/month
B2B: 160 – 190 PLN net/hour + VAT
