What You will Do:

Process and check incoming and outgoing invoices in coordination with internal stakeholders 📬
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings by preparing relevant data and documentation 📚
Maintain accurate financial records and handle general ledger entries 🧾
Help reconcile accounts and monitor outstanding balances 🔄
Work closely with our accounting and controlling team on daily operations and ad hoc tasks 🤝

Preferred Background:ExperienceFirst practical experience in accounting through an internship or similar role.Hard Skills

Basic understanding of accounting principles and general ledger structure 🧮
Confident use of MS Excel for financial data handling 📈
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., DATEV, SAP, or similar) 🖥
Good English skills for communication in our international team 🌍
