From wireframes to motion graphics, you’ll design and animate content that brings medical education to life. You’ll collaborate with developers, instructional designers and subject matter experts to build learning modules that are accessible, interactive and aligned with adult learning principles. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:Lead UX and UI design for digital learning platforms, creating wireframes, prototypes and design specs for web and mobile interfaces.Design and test interactive learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond or Adobe Captivate.Create original illustrations, icons and 2D animations to support medical education storytelling.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility, usability and learner engagement across all digital content.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means combining creativity with precision and empathy for learners. You’ll need to:Bring 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and illustration/animation, ideally within education, healthcare or SaaS platforms.Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop), and animation tools like Adobe Animate.Show a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to distil complex information through visual storytelling and user-centred design.Collaborate effectively across teams, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.You.
