• Providing BPO advisory services and designing outsourcing solutions, optimizing business processes, and implementing modern technologies
• Building long-term client relationships, developing BPO strategies, and supporting business decision-making
• Managing consulting projects, teams, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and expanding the client base
• Improving consulting processes, maintaining quality standards, and enhancing operational efficiency
• Mentoring and developing the team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in BPO, including at least 5 years in a consulting or managerial role
• Proven success in BPO advisory, process optimization, and managing complex projects
• Strong knowledge of BPO methodologies, consulting tools, and outsourcing technologies
• Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and process mapping tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under multiple priorities
• Ability to develop teams, foster innovation, and drive high performance.
