Job Description:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10The role focuses on testing Agentic AI systems that will support the flagship web platform of S&P Global Market Intelligence.Responsibilities and Impact:

Conduct thorough testing of GenAI-powered Web UIs to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for chat assistant applications.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new updates or changes.
Integrate testing processes within the agile development framework to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Implement strategies to detect defects early in the development cycle, minimizing potential impacts on project timelines and quality.

What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:

bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, particularly in testing web applications including load-testing.
Familiarity with testing GenAI applications and chat assistant interfaces.
Experience working within agile development environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and technologies.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Knowledge of GenAI technologies and applications.
Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
