- To be a true business partner to Plant Manager Poland Manufacturing organization and support the local team.
- To manage financial and IT area in the cooperation with Poland Finance, EE Finance and IT Management
- To prepare the budgets and forecasts in line with the company's rules and within the deadlines
- To oversee short and long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with divisional strategic plans, potential acquisitions and collaborations with other company units
- To ensure quality and in-time reporting and analysis of financial and operational trends, provide regular analysis of KPI´s and initiate improvements in management reporting.
- To maintain the integrity of the financial results and balance sheet accounts
- To ensure consistency with and fulfilling Group and Divisional internal reporting requirements.
- To make sure the appropriate reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts is done on all accounts for statutory purposes, as well as for Group requirements.
- To coordinate and control cost controlling and pricing strategy in line with ASSA ABLOY methodology.
- To analyze and monitor investment process.
- To drive cash flow and debt management together with optimization of working capital
- University degree with the specialization to finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong Knowledge of controlling, preferable in prior experience in matrix environment in other international companies
- Knowledge of accounting and Income tax law, local and IFRS
- Advanced user of office suite with focus on PowerPoint, Excel, HFM. AX ERP is an advantage
- Accurate, flexible, communicative, ability to work independently as well as in team
- Very good English skills written and verbal
- Leadership skills with an walk the talk attitude
