Agile Project ManagerVetlab is one of the fastest-growing veterinary diagnostic networks in Central Europe.
We are building the future of digital diagnostics - and we need someone who can connect business with IT, bring order to chaos, and support agile ways of working. We're open to candidates from all over Poland.Your mission:
- Turn business needs into clear requirements & processes
- Build & manage backlogs (JIRA) with developers and stakeholders
- Run refinements, workshops, work with UX, QA & data teams
- Support communication with international partners
- Help drive agile practices & process clarity
- Collaborate on projects using AI & automation in diagnostics
- 3+ years in Product Management, IT Analysis or PO roles
- Strong JIRA + Agile experience (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban)
- Analytical mindset - user flows, diagrams, clear specs
- Comfortable working between business & dev teams
- Solid English (B2+)
- Knowledge of German (B1)
- Experience with AI / ML / data-driven platforms
- Background in med-tech / diagnostics / LIMS
- Energy, initiative & a mindset of "let"s fix this"
- Strategic role in shaping real digital products
- Visible impact in a multi-country setup (PL/DE/CZ)
