5+ years of hands-on experience in QA and testing within the financial or capital markets domain.
Strong proficiency in writing and executing automated and manual tests for complex financial systems.
In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle, with a focus on Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams.
Proven experience in risk-based testing and prioritizing tests based on business needs and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
