A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Serve as the first point of contact for fixed asset queries, collaborating with process management on changes and updates to IT solutions
Support and coordinate all audit-related inquiries concerning fixed assets and IFRS 16
Organize knowledge-sharing initiatives and drive quality and process improvements; act as a trainer for the Fixed Assets process in the HUB & Spokes model; ensure that knowledge documentation is current and maintained to a high standard
Act as an operational process executor across all organizations, with knowledge of local specifics for different countries; provide backup support for the Fixed Assets process as needed
Serve as a finance expert for IFRS 16 and rent bookings in the Record to Report process
Perform general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculating accruals, and posting and processing allocations
Reconcile General Ledger accounts
Perform month-end closing activities

Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
Ability to process large volumes of data
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong cooperation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
