
HR Business Partner

- Support and consultation in the implementation of strategic initiatives related to the site
- Manage the full employee life cycle – from recruiting, onboarding, and talent development to offboarding
- Involvement in organizational development and change management processes
- Manage social dialogue on-site with local employees’ representatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Close cooperation with central HR functions and contribution to company-wide HR processes and projects
- Participation in audits connected to the HR disciplines as well as the follow-up and implementation of post-audit activities.
- Building together with the site management the local employer brand
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar HR role, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment
- Strong knowledge of labor law and experience managing the full employee life cycle
- Proactive mindset with a structured and independent working style
- Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels (internal & external)
- Passion for working in a dynamic environment and shaping processes proactively
- Readiness to relocate to Koszalin
- Fluent Polish & English
