RequirementsMust-Have

Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in capital markets, fund administration, or brokerage (middle/back-office area).
Knowledge of financial instruments: Understanding of equities, options, futures, fixed income, and derivatives, including trade and events lifecycle.
Operations skills: Hands-on experience with trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
Excel proficiency: Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data (pivot tables, formulas, simple macros).
Languages: Fluent Polish (due to local service provider interactions) and good communication skills in English.
Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.

? Nice-to-Have

Advanced Excel tools: VBA, Power Query, or other automation skills.
System knowledge: Experience with BlackRock Aladdin or other portfolio management systems.
Work environment: Prior experience in multinational organizations or cross-functional collaboration with portfolio managers, traders, risk, and service providers.

Our offices are located in Warsaw, Poznań, Katowice, Kraków and Munich, Frankfurt, Prague, Ostrava and Hradec Kralove.For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for Junior Investment Operations Analyst.ResponsibilitiesPrepare regular financial and performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.Coordinate the trade confirmation process with counterparties and service providers.Monitor and oversee accurate settlement of securities transactions.Provide transaction-related data to accounting and valuation service providers.Support and control the reconciliation process (cash accounts, securities accounts, corporate actions, transactions).Verify invoices for funds and portfolios; process payments in line with internal controls.Cooperate daily with custody banks, brokers, depository banks, and fund administrators.Partner with internal teams (portfolio managers, traders, risk officers, product managers, middle/back office teams).Ensure compliance with operational procedures, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.The offer
