Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior QA Lead to manage the quality assurance work for our legal technology platform. This role is senior and needs strong skills in automated testing and team leadership. The person will set up and run a high-quality automated testing plan, working closely with our Chief Technical Officer and QA team members from an outside development agency.Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide QA team members from our third-party development agency.
Create, use, and update an automated testing plan to make sure the product is reliable.
Work with the Chief Technical Officer to set QA standards, methods, and best practices.
Build and manage automated test systems, scripts, and regression tests.
Make sure all features and parts of the platform are fully tested.
Record, track, and follow up on bugs until they are fixed.
Work with developers, project managers, and business analysts to include QA in the full development process.
Improve QA processes, tools, and automation as business and technical needs change.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience as a QA Lead, Senior QA Engineer, or a similar role, with focus on automated testing.
