Collaborating closely with our main stakeholder, the People Team, you will understand their HR needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support.

- Ideally, you have a minimum of 2+years of experience with configuration in
- You have knowledge of integrating SuccessFactors data with other systems, or you are
- You are keen to learn about our various HR and non-HR systems that consume
- You are committed to taking full ownership of tasks entrusted to you.
- You communicate fluently in English.
- You have demonstrable experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Implement technical adaptations in SuccessFactors EC and related modules.
- Discuss system functionalities with various HR stakeholders and act as a gatekeeper.
- Oversee the roadmap, including project timelines and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via the ticketing system.
- Serve as a technical reference and sparring partner within the HR Systems Squad and with
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on EC-related projects, changes, and roadmap
- Provide second-line support for technical queries from the HR team and business units.
- Act as a trusted partner for HR, ensuring seamless interaction within the Business
