- Act as the team’s interface with customers and other stakeholders to collect feedback and translate it into meaningful, actionable insights that the team can use to bring value to our customers.
- Drive the discovery and scoping process of new initiatives, turning ambiguous goals into a clear and convincing action plan.
- Collaborate with engineering, design and stakeholders to define the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for your team.
- Manage the team’s backlog, carefully balancing the execution of long term objectives with short term work.
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy that maximizes customer impact and learnings while minimizing risk, together with go-to-market teams.
- Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team’s offerings.
- Have a solid background in Product Management and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Are user and data-focused. You are constantly looking to hone your instincts through user feedback and data insight.
- Have an eye for details and for good UI/UX
- Have strong stakeholder management skills.
- Have deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills.
- Write and speak English without difficulty and are a great communicator.
- Are autonomous, taking full ownership of your work and driving your personal development.
- Are fun to work with and enjoy the occasional after work activity.
- Experience working on a SaaS product.
- Experience of working in a hyper-growth startup
- You will lead a cross-functional team based in Wrocław, working closely with engineers and designers to build impactful new products that simplify the day-to-day work of restaurants.
- You will take real ownership of your product area, helping shape the long-term direction of tools relied on by thousands of restaurants across Europe.

- Flexible working hours. Due to the customer support and the daily cycle of our core customer base, 10:00-15:00 CET is required. If you need to finish up earlier, it’s fine — that’s just the default. Other than that, there are no restrictions — just attend the meetings and stay in alignment with the team.
- Paid time off. All bank holidays are off. On top of that, there are 26 days of paid time off and 5 days of sick leave.
- Hardware. We can take care of your laptop and a headset (if needed).
- Traveling. Company retreats are expected but not mandatory (once for the whole company and once for the product team). All conferences, local events, and online events (meetups, conferences, etc.) are highly encouraged but not mandatory. Traveling expenses can be covered in case of being a speaker and clearly mentioning aleno (for hiring, marketing, etc.)
