- Holds a university degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in HR shared services, benefits, and leave administration.
- Understands employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to benefits and leaves in Europe and AMEA regions.
- Has experience in company car policies, lease structures, and financial aspects.
- Possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication and interaction skills.
- Exhibits high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Has experience in a multinational shared services environment.
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Desirable knowledge of statutory requirements for Germany, Belgium, and Poland.
- Manage and oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, fleet programs, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and regulations.
- Liaise between Country HR and benefits vendors/service providers.
- Manage global vendor relationships and provide guidance and support to HR Operations and Talent regarding benefits-related processes and inquiries.
- Partner with Country HR Business Partners and the global benefit brokering team to assist with benefit renewals and negotiations.
- Use your strong analytical skills to understand benefits administration and local market trends.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth benefits administration.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our benefits programs and ensure they align with business objectives.
