Job Description:What you’ll do:

Consult on the use and operation of the software.
Analyze and specify needs and requests for information support in the client's environment.
Ensure the content aspect of the software solution and its compatibility in accordance with development standards and specifications.
Design, document, and implement technical solutions (request analysis, preparation of technical documentation for development, preparation for development, programming, testing, and installation in the appropriate environment, preparation of relevant supporting documentation).
Create and update user and technical documentation.
Provide technical support for the implementation of software solutions in the client's environment.

What you’ll bring:

Fluent knowledge of English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid B category driving license – this role requires travel to client sites.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Prior experience working with technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities across various work streams.
Approachable, motivated, and confident, with an effective communication style.
Previous experience engaging with software solutions, such as during software implementation, consulting, support, or related technical tasks.
Knowledge of SQL and various DBMS and basic knowledge of Linux and Unix environments.
Passion for diving deeper into technical tasks and learning new technologies, systems, and programming languages.
The following are beneficial but not required:

Prior experience in English to Polish translations.
Technical knowledge of ORACLE, Java, PL/SQL, and C.
Knowledge of the basics of business processes in the field of trade and logistics.
Knowledge of other European languages.
