Our consultants offer insights, capabilities, and solutions that change the way these organizations operate and make people-related decisions.In our Central European Deloitte Workday practice we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people who see their career in advisory and HR transformation of our clients next to technical configuration. We are designing and implementing Workday solution as well as advising on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g. chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest HR operating models, as well as service design principles to drive real employee experience improvements.We have globally almost 2,000 Workday certified professionals working on the most comprehensive and complex projects on five continents. Experience in the role of Functional Solution Architect or Functional Lead at least 3 Workday implementation cycles
Experience and proven knowledge of characteristics of both Launch and Your Way deployment methodology
At minimum deep Implementation expertise in advising on solutions for: Workday HCM, Security, as well as cross-functional impacts with Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent
Knowledge and experience in advising on solutions in Compensation Core or other modules will be a plus
Preferred previous experience working for a consultancy firm
Fluent in cross-functional and cross-stream interdependencies
Fluent in project planning and project delivery
Proven skillset in effective time-management, problem-solving, client communication, stakeholder management and project management
Driven to work in advisory and client consultancy
High level of pro-activeness and self-drive
Fluent in English

Active Workday HCM certifications will be a plus
