  • Coordinate with Local Compliance Officers and regional reviewers
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Create and manage documentation for internal processes
  • Draft internal communication emails and notes
  • Prepare content and structure for presentations
  • Develop templates for decks and newsletters (SharePoint or email)
  • Facilitate focused group workshops
  • Conduct survey analysis using Qualtrics and Power BI
  • Build dashboards in Power BI / Qualtrics
  • Track inputs from various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle training registrations and support manual testing of training materials
Requirements
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with MS Office, Power BI, and Qualtrics is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members
  • Fluency in English
