- Work collaboratively with business owners and engineers to ensure that any product/business decisions are being made informed by data;
- Build, maintain and update the company's dashboards and their underlying data sets related to your domain;
- Monitor key metrics, identify business trends;
- Present data-driven insights to business owners and executives;
- Influence change with the outcome of your analysis and make recommendations to improve quality of user experience for more than 450+ Million registered users all over the globe;
- Design, launch and analyze A/B tests;
- Lead deep-dive analysis that will frame business strategy and roadmap decisions.
- 2+ years of experience in a data or product analytics;
- Advanced SQL skills, ability to perform complex queries including multiple JOINs, CTEs, window functions, query optimization etc;
- Practical experience with BI visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/etc);
- Good knowledge of statistics: confidence intervals, hypothesis checking etc;
- Practical experience of production A/B testing;
- Ability to perform extensive research providing business understandable insights;
- Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty;
- The ability to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- English language proficiency - B2 is the minimum.
