Visit our website: Heineken ( )We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WAN Connectivity Business Analyst to support the delivery and optimization of WAN connectivity solutions across the HEINEKEN organization. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of network technologies and a strong interest in bridging business needs with technical solutions.As part of the D&T department within HEINEKEN International, this role supports the WAN Connectivity Product Team in delivering reliable and secure WAN connectivity. The Business Analyst will work closely with senior engineers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure smooth execution of connectivity initiatives.Your responsibilites would include:

collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to WAN connectivity and SDWAN deployments
translating functional business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions in collaboration with the Product Team and external partners
supporting the Product Team in planning and coordinating WAN-related projects and migrations
assisting in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies
maintaining documentation of network configurations, templates, and operational procedures
facilitating communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding
supporting reporting and analysis of WAN performance metrics and service levels
contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing enhancements.

You are a good candidate if you have:

bachelor and/or master's degree in IT or equivalent experience
experience as business analyst that is responsible for the design of the solution or product
a strong technical background with experience in connectivity and network fundamentals
good knowledge and worked on Aviatrix, Fortinet, Cisco networking solutions is desirable
basic understanding of ITIL processes and service management
familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
be able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and “truths” and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
ability to work in teams and work dedicated for a team
maintains awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends and evaluate them for applicability
ability to manage and drive from the technical side initiatives, POCs, projects
strong change management skills / ability to drive initiatives with stakeholders involved and with conflicting interests
fluent English.

You are a perfect candidate if you also have:

experience with working with Agile teams
experience with vendor transitions and driving big change management programs
architectural experience with ServiceNow.
