In this role, you’ll lead a small DevOps team, shape best practices, and ensure high reliability, security, and automation across environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, enabling faster delivery and long-term platform resilience.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing
Define and drive strategy for Azure infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
Oversee release management and ensure smooth, reliable deployments
Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive incident response processes
Champion security and compliance (DevSecOps practices) across the platform
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align DevOps practices with business goals

Requirements:

6+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead/mentorship role
Strong hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management
Proven experience designing and improving CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Strong Infra-as-Code skills (Terraform, Bicep) and scripting experience
Solid understanding of system reliability, observability, and security principles

Nice to Have:

Azure Solution Architect or DevOps Engineer Expert certification
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS)
Background in scaling DevOps teams and processes in growing organizations
