The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products, coupled with exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead product strategy and execution across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment with business goals.Translate complex requirements into robust, scalable product solutions.Manage and prioritize a dynamic product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.Communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates effectively to all levels of stakeholders.Drive innovation and identify opportunities for product and process improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or AI-driven products.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience managing complex projects and product backlogs.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Copilot for productivity.Working knowledge of GitLab and SQL for collaboration and data analysis.Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI technologies and financial product development.Relevant certifications in Agile, Product Management, or AI.
