Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.Currently we are looking for: Legal Counsel (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract)Your responsibilities:

be the first point of contact for all matters related with supply of energy/gas to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME business)
advising on processes applicable to SME portfolio of customers
providing guidance on all matters related to SME sales agents
preparing and reviewing templates of relevant contracts and advising on new products and initiatives
independent legal assessment of the business situations/cases
proposing and implementing operational key improvements while simultaneously reducing legal risks

Our requirements:

minimum 2 years of experience in energy sector and contract drafting experience
good knowledge of energy sector regulations
completed a university degree in law
ability to understand energy business needs/operations and translate them into contract
eger to take ownership
drive change and improve legal status quo
ability to structure business-oriented solutions
encourage and support innovation
very good communication skills
attention to details
ability to work on multiple tasks/topics simultaneously
able to adjust to a fast pace environment
fluent polish and very goog level of english
