You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life Join the Medtronic VES Poland team responsible for portfolio in heart electrotherapy.We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You’ll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long-term growth mainly in public sector.You’ll work in a flexible, digital-first environment supported by a fantastic team and a structured training program. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales
Develop and act on plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies
Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrative staff, etc.
Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers
Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company’s product range
Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively
Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Degree in Medical Science, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant
min. 2-3 years of experience in sales in healthcare sector
Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team
Fluent Polish and English
Team-oriented with strong goal orientation.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
