Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Local Division Manager TractionAs a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing documentation for our organization's clients. Your goal will be to ensure high quality, accuracy, and compliance of documents with company standards and regulations.The work model for the role is: hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Prepare and develop technical documentation, including user manuals, DTR (Technical Readiness Documentation), maintenance instructions, spare parts lists, etc.Collaborate closely with the design, technology, and other departments to obtain the necessary information for creating documents.Ensure that the aforementioned documentation complies with design documentation and current industry regulations and standards.Monitor deadlines and the status of documentation tasks.Collaborate with clients regarding agreements, updates, and approvals of documentation.Supervise and implement RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) and LCC (Life Cycle Cost) processes within ongoing projects.Qualifications for the roleMinimum technical education (mechanical, electrical, or related fields) - higher education will be an advantage.Good knowledge of MS Office (correct use of styles, proper text formatting, etc.).Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings, basic knowledge of the operation, maintenance, andservicing of technical devices.Proficiency in spoken and written English, allowing for smooth communication and proper drafting of technicaldocumentation.Analytical thinking skills, ability to work in a team, good organization of work, attention to detail, and communication skills.We value people from different backgrounds.
