Preparation and issuance documentation, as: Instrument Lists, Block Diagrams, Duty Specification for FGDS and Telecommunication ( Communication and Radio Systems, Video Monitoring Systems, Telephone, access control and LAN system) systems , Location Drawings for detectors and warning strobes & horns;
Preparation of Inquiry packages for FGDS and Telecommunication Vendors, Technical negotiations & clarifications, Bid comparisons;
Coordination of Detail Engineering with selected Vendor, incl. review and approval of documentation, taking part in conf-calls;
Interdisciplinary coordination with Process, Electrical & Instrumentation Departments and Procurement;
Coordination and clarifications with Clients;
Technical Inspections at Vendors` workshops;
Participation in commissioning and start-up of FGDS and Telecommunication system.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical or Telecommunication;
More than 5 years experience in a plant engineering company as Instrumentation, Electrical or Telecommunication engineer;
Ability to work independently on the preparation of proposals and execution of projects for FGDS/Telecom/CCTV for domestic and international Projects;
Fluent in Polish and English, knowledge of German / Russian or other languages would be appreciated;
Knowledge of Fire Detection & Gas Detection technology
Computer skills, knowledge of applications such as MS Office, A-CAD, use Smart Plant Instrumentation, SmatPlant 3D would be appreciated;
Eager to work in a multi-cultural team, willing to travel short term (1-2 weeks per mon) to participate in inspections at vendor facilities and construction sites worldwide;
High interpersonal skills.
