- Identify and analyze training needs across the organization
- Manage and maintain training activities via learning management systems (LMS)
- Plan, organize, and implement internal and external training sessions
- Communicate with training providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate training records in the internal systems
- Coordinate and settle training-related costs and documentation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (min. B2 level)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with training platforms and understanding of training processes
- Stable employment in a company with a strong market presence
