• Ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions.

• Basic knowledge of production KPIs and processes

• Excellent communication, moderation, and teamwork skills.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex data simply and understandably.

• Good to very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, a second foreign language is an advantage.

• Mobility and willingness to travel worldwide for project assignments (usually weekly) to different locations·
