Key offerings include Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Blended Workforce Solutions.About the RoleA successful Recruitment Coordinator thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off- site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of their office and be part of our innovative ROD (Recruiter on Demand) program.Role is hybrid from Warsaw.Responsibilities

Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Supporting reporting activities.
Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and up-to-date documentation.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align with recruitment objectives.
Willingness to learn sourcing methodologies and grow into Sourcer in the future.

Qualifications

Previous administration, interview scheduling or recruitment coordination experience.
Experience with high-volume roles or coordination in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Open to become Sourcing Recruiter in the future.
Strong adaptability to changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs.
Skilled in negotiating schedules and resolving conflicts efficiently.
Fluent Polish, English minimum B2.
Working in a hybrid model from Warsaw.
