advising and supporting our research customers and dealers in the field of confocal microscopy/research in the region of Poland, with the goal of further developing this area and ensuring long-term customer engagement.This position reports to the Sales Manager Confocal and is part of the Account/ Direct Sales department in the Central Region (Warsaw), located in Polen and will be fully remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Developing new customer potential and conducting sales conversations with confidenceSupporting regional dealers and distributors in advanced confocal microscopy projectsProviding intensive support to core imaging facilities and key institutes within the sales regionGenerating leads through marketing activities, product presentations, and workshopsIdentifying new customer contacts in alignment with strategic guidelinesSupplying sales management and marketing with insights on market share development, competitor activities, trends, and market dynamics in the assigned regionThe essential requirements of the job include:University degree in biology or a related life science fieldSeveral years of sales experience in the life sciences or advanced biology industryHands-on experience in microscopy and specialized microscopic techniques, particularly confocal microscopy, with strong technical understandingExcellent communication and negotiation skills in English; German language skills are a plusTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel – 70 % travel within territoryMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordLeica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
