- Possess ownership of P2P processes
- Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for Purchase to Pay processes across the TMF operating model.
- Partner and collaborate as business partner with Group, Market Finance Directors for accounting, financial reporting, data governance etc.
- Collaboration with the Internal Control and SOX team to ensure compliance of processes.
- Defines P2P Key performance indicator (KPI's) in line with the SLA's to be used to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and end to end business needs.
- Get understanding of stakeholder requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, problem resolution and support recommending options.
- Identify, prioritize and deliver specific process improvement initiatives (including system implementations) to drive better decisions in support of federated growth.
- Mandate to explore/develop business cases for P2P process changes.
- Act as a stakeholder to foster a culture of change within Purchase to Pay domains.
- Develop and implement a corporate communication (package) to present derived results, recommendations and solutions.
- Line Manager for Subject Matter Expert and P2P Managers, ensuring effective leadership, development and performance across their teams.
- Facilitate development, co-lead and develop current team members to excel in assigned roles and attract new team members.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to P2P team members in terms of processes and technology.
- Ensure delivery of P2P services, including essentials such as record keeping, period close, finance and external reporting, tax planning and compliance, transfer pricing, decision support.
- Help develop and maintain a cross-functional, standardized accounting and financial reporting system.
- Be point of escalation for operational issues and resolve process problems reported to RDC at appropriate levels.
- Leading the delivery of Country Integration in case of new acquisitions from a P2P perspective.
- Degree (Bachelor in accounting, finance or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in the P2P domain (
- Leadership skills with experience in leading and managing P2P teams.
- Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality using best practices, process review & process compliance.
- Experience in D365 is preferred.
- Demonstrate knowledge of IFRS guidelines.
- Proven ability to project management and willingness to deliver in changing environments while effectively managing timelines.
- Experience in PMO preferred.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with various cross functional stakeholders and effectively cascade the vision of the Finance department.
- Proficiency in English skills (both written as verbal proficiency).
