- Supporting our Recruiters in administrative tasks in terms of internal & external recruitment processes in both English and German
- Scheduling and coordinating all telephone and personal on-site interviews via email or phone.
- System administration in terms of creating of new positions for new hires, tracking candidates and recruitments statuses, postings jobs adverts
- Provide technical support to Managers, helping them open new requisitions in the system
- Administration of the local (German) employee referral program
- Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking system knowledge such as SuccessFactors, would be a plus.
- Independent prioritization of work orders is based on regulatory and organizational requirements as well as on the goal of optimal customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, high accountability, and a solid service orientation.
- Completed higher education (last year's students are also welcome).
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
