- Lead procurement and category management initiatives across multiple markets, with a strong emphasis on process streamlining and automation
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation and contract efficiencies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance procurement frameworks
- Develop and implement digital procurement tools and strategies
- Deliver measurable improvements in procurement performance and compliance
- Support change management efforts and ensure smooth transitions during process changes
- Proven experience in procurement/category management, preferably in a consulting or multinational environment
- Strong background in process optimization and automation technologies (e.g. RPA, digital procurement platforms)
- Ability to manage complex projects across different geographies, including occasional travels to Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English
