- Frame ambiguous business questions into clear analytical problems and apply a hypothesis-driven approach.
- Review and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources (internal systems, traffic, applications).
- Synthesize insights across datasets to identify monetization, pricing and strategic opportunities.
- Discover trends and patterns, build forecasts & business strategy recommendations in areas such as pricing/ monetization, user behaviors and revenue generation.
- Define, track and monitor the key metrics for the business.
- Communicate complex analysis in a clear, engaging and compelling way to both technical, non-technical, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Actively participate in both local as well as regional data& analytics projects.
- Actively contribute to both local and regional analytics projects, collaborating with colleagues across different countries and functions.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large datasets from extraction to transformation and consolidation.
- Solid data analysis capabilities, with a sharp eye for patterns, trends, and inconsistencies.
- Ability to define and track key business metrics, supporting data-informed growth and decision-making.
- Skilled at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights - explaining not just what is happening, but why it matters.
- Experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create compelling dashboards and analytical narratives.
- Comfortable working with Excel for ad hoc analysis and quick exploration (no need to automate tasks).
- Familiarity with statistical methods for interpreting data and supporting robust analysis.
- Basic understanding of tools like Git and Airflow - or willingness to learn how data pipelines and version control work.
- A proactive, curious, and energetic mindset, always looking to learn, improve, and contribute.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1 level) - written and verbal.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong plus.
- Experience with Python or R for deeper analysis or automation is a bonus.
- Understanding of eCommerce or classifieds platforms is highly valued.
