Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, this role focuses on operational activities, data analysis, and process improvements to enhance product performance and customer experience.Responsibilities

Ensures that operating, customer, and market readiness requirements are met for products, product enhancements and product features
Help drive tangible data-driven product performance outcomes at the program level. Manage a quantified scorecard, continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
Monitors business processes and standards to ensure a controlled global operating environment consistent with profitability standards in their area of responsibility.
Participate in cross-functional teams including Delivery and Servicing teams (i.e., GCD&C, Biz Ops) to ensure products have a best-in-class servicing experience.
Partner with GCD&C and Biz Ops to build and monitor product performance dashboards and drive ongoing product enhancements focused on product availability, scalability, resilience, redundancy, and responsiveness
Collaborates regularly with cross-functional team members, external partners and external Clients in support of delivering on a new market set-up
Collaborates regularly with external partners to monitor operational processes
Enhance external Clients experience by operational support of offered products and services

Required Experience:

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis, quality assurance, and market research. Experience with product management tools and software.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
