Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, especially with senior stakeholders in Business & IT.
Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, DevOps tools, Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred), and open to new Ways of Working.

Management of Risk (Operational Risk / FIM requirements).

Your role will be key in facilitating agile processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of infrastructure initiatives and products, aligning with the strategic objectives of iWPB Digital Platforms and delivering value to our retail banking customers. You will work closely with our delivery and engineering teams, as well as our colleagues in ITID, to support the delivery of world-class service across 300+ Digital Banking services globally.
