For our Client, a leading company in the medical services sector, we are currently seeking a Head of Business Development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive the expansion of a clinical trial business line by strategically developing new initiatives and effectively managing a high-performing team.Responsibilities:
  • shape and execute commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and strengthen market position,
  • align business initiatives with organizational goals, working closely with the GM and cross-functional leaders,
  • develop competitive pricing and service models to differentiate offerings and maximize profitability,
  • lead and grow a high-performing team across sales, business development, and marketing,
  • foster a culture of accountability and innovation, ensuring continuous improvement and team engagement,
  • build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, including Pharma, Biotech, and CROs,
  • oversee the creation of tailored client proposals to address specific needs and secure new business,
  • represent the company at industry events, showcasing expertise and expanding the client network,
  • monitoring market trends and internal KPIs to refine strategies and support data-driven decision-making,
  • report on commercial performance to the GM, highlighting progress, risks, and new opportunities,
  • oversee the marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a similar discipline, MBA is a strong advantage,
  • over 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles tied to clinical trials, diagnostics, or broader healthcare,
  • demonstrated success in accelerating revenue and cultivating top-performing teams,
  • in-depth knowledge of the clinical research ecosystem, particularly diagnostic solutions and regulatory frameworks,
  • outstanding leadership abilities combined with excellent communication and analytical acumen.
