- monitoring market trends and internal KPIs to refine strategies and support data-driven decision-making,
- report on commercial performance to the GM, highlighting progress, risks, and new opportunities,
- oversee the marketing strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a similar discipline, MBA is a strong advantage,
- over 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles tied to clinical trials, diagnostics, or broader healthcare,
- demonstrated success in accelerating revenue and cultivating top-performing teams,
- in-depth knowledge of the clinical research ecosystem, particularly diagnostic solutions and regulatory frameworks,
- outstanding leadership abilities combined with excellent communication and analytical acumen.
