Currently, the EMEA Repair Operations support multiple countries within the regions. Our goal is to provide seamless experience to Motorola Solutions customers in the moment that matter.Job DescriptionInvestigates, proposes, develops, optimizes and evaluates processes and equipmentPerforms experiments, analyzes data and/or failures, and determine root causes for failuresMonitors assigned operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved methodsRepresents the Business Users, working closely with Stakeholders to translate User Requirements into Business User StoriesCreates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elementsProvide consultation to cross-functional teams to address business issuesDevelop key metrics, dashboards, and associated data views to support management decision makersDrive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics managementApply investigational skills to monitor, audit, and analyze potential issues and produce root cause analysis reportReview, audit and approve supplier invoices on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure integrity of reportingEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliersTime to time projects will be assigned to lead on i.e customer satisfaction project, digitalization, transformation and automation project, and process/cost continuous improvement projectPrepare project plans and schedules. Provide status updates of assigned projects to the management.Basic RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in IT, business/corporate, management or engineering fieldExperience in financial analysis, data flow analysis and project managementFluent EnglishAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsSoft skills, such as leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communicationTechnological proficiency and technical knowledgeDemonstrated expertise in your area of specializationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCritical thinkingAble to support globally function with different time zoneIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
