- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Support the onboarding of new employees by delivering essential IT training and assistance.
- Document and maintain records of IT issues and resolutions to enhance future support processes.
- Essential Knowledge & Experience.
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and service management practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services and remote support tools.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Type of role full-time permanent.
- Location Poland office (Warsaw).
- This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
