The department is represented by a dynamic team of almost 300 people. Now we shape the future.Job DescriptionAs a Team Leader within the Order Management Team, your role will encompass two key aspects: the seamless execution of daily operations and the strategic development of the team and its processes. Your responsibilities will include:- Leadership and performance management of the team, developing skills and abilities within the team whilst ensuring the necessary tools and training are available to achieve the most from each team member
- Proper prioritization of teams’ workload
- Contributing to strategy for the department and executing it
- Interfacing with MSI stakeholders by proper customer focus and flexible execution
- Building strong relationships with the business and drive importance of the role
- Supporting business commitments trough on time & proactive communication
- Monitoring metrics, establishing goals for the team in order to enable an efficient decision making process
- Identifying areas for improvements / process optimization and taking all necessary steps to implement changes
- Supporting internal audit controls and SOX initiativesBasic Requirements- English skills at C1 level
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace is welcome
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar (leadership) role is required- Bachelors/Masters degree required
- Ability to organize team work and assign tasks to team members according to their potential and area/level of expertise
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Building process improvements strategy
- Experience with working under time pressure / tight deadlines
- Flexibility, adapting to changing envirionment and challenging status quo
