Application Analyst - OpenText Expert

• Support and maintain OpenText ECM systems, especially Content Server (must have)
• Perform installation, administration, and patch deployment (e.g., via System Center)
• Manage Content Server Transport and its modules.
• Administer Indexing & Search, OTDS, LiveReports, WebReports, and Workflows
• Customize user experience using Appearances and Enterprise Connect
• Develop and maintain solutions with Livelink Builder and OpenText APIs
• Apply JQuery for scripting and interface enhancements.
• Optionally support Archive Center, Extended ECM, and Business Center Capture
• Operate tools such as Enterprise Scan, Imaging Webviewer, SharePoint Connect, Brava!, Blazon, and iHub.
• Optionally support OpenText SAP Solutions
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of OpenText-based applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents and drive system improvements

• 15+ years of dedicated experience with OpenText systems at an architectural level
• Strong expertise in OpenText ECM and Content Server (core requirement)
• Deep knowledge of installation, administration, patching, and module configuration
• Hands-on experience with Indexing & Search, OTDS, LiveReports, WebReports, Workflows
• Skills in Livelink Builder, API programming, and JQuery scripting
• Ability to work independently while engaging with business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Experience with Archive Center, Extended ECM, Business Center Capture, and OpenText SAP Solutions
• Knowledge of Enterprise Connect, Brava!, Blazon, iHub, and SharePoint Connect
